• Uploaded photos: Selfies you upload for headshot generation
• Generated images: AI-generated headshots created from your photos
• Payment data: Transaction records (payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details)
• Usage data: Generation history, ratings, and feedback

3. How we use your data

• To generate professional headshots from your uploaded photos
• To process payments and manage your account
• To improve our AI models and service quality
• To communicate with you about your account and service updates

4. Data retention

• Uploaded photos: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Generated headshots: Automatically deleted after 90 days
• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Payment records: Retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by law

Your photos are processed by AI models (Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of generating professional headshots. Photos are transmitted securely via encrypted connections and are not used for any other purpose.
